Hate to exercise? Let me share a simple remedy.
Do what you LOVE.... <3
If you don't love exercise classes, a certain sport or weekend hikes, that's ok!
Some activities may not be a fit for you, right now.
But... the human body is designed to move. Being still is not a healthy option.
So what's the deal?
Find out HOW your body loves to move and do that!
Become a body detective. Discover the ideal movement for your body. This can be a real adventure.
Ask friends who seem to have found their body's fave activity, to include you.
Test drive a "new to you" fitness idea. Get a copy of your local Recreation classes and sign your body up!

Run through this list below and consider how each activity makes you feel. Notice when your heart skips a beat. Try that one ;)
Walking in Nature

Canoeing (What's canoe with you?)
